BeatStepは、必要なデータだけを端末上で安全に取り扱うことを基本方針としています。

BeatStepについて
BeatStepは、好きな音楽に合わせた歩行リズム体験と、本人向けの進捗表示を提供します。
端末内に保存する情報
セッション結果、レーティング用の軽量成績、XP、実績・称号、目標、アプリ設定、Apple Music曲のテンポ設定を端末内に保存します。これらをBeatStep運営者のサーバーへ送信しません。
HealthKit
歩数、ウォーキング＋ランニングの距離、アクティブエネルギー、体重を読み取り専用で使用します。HealthKitへの書き込み、広告利用、データ販売、第三者への自動送信は行いません。心拍数、位置情報、ワークアウト、睡眠、医療記録は取得しません。HealthKitの値や体重はSCORE、XP、レーティング、実績の判定に使用しません。
Apple Musicと購入
Apple Musicの検索・再生はAppleのMusicKitを通じて行います。BeatStepはApple Accountのパスワードや支払い情報を取得しません。Pro版の購入と復元はApp StoreのStoreKitが処理します。
曲のテンポの自動取得
曲のテンポを調べるため、録音を識別するIDや曲名をReccoBeatsへ送信します。健康情報、音声、Apple IDの認証情報は送信しません。取得したテンポは端末内に保存します。取得できない場合は、許可済みのメディアライブラリから曲情報を確認します。
共有
BeatStepが結果を自動投稿することはありません。利用者が共有を選んだ場合だけ、結果画像や、曲情報・リズムの確認情報をiOSの共有画面へ渡します。共有先での取り扱いには、そのサービスのポリシーが適用されます。
分析・広告・トラッキング
第三者広告SDK、外部分析SDK、ユーザートラッキングを使用しません。BeatStepのアカウント作成機能や運営者サーバーへのデータ同期機能はありません。
削除と選択
設定の「全データを削除」から、BeatStepが端末内に保存した利用データを削除できます。HealthKitの元データとApp Storeの購入履歴はAppleが管理するため削除されません。HealthKitの許可はiPhoneの設定またはヘルスケアAppで変更できます。

About BeatStep
BeatStep provides a walking-rhythm experience with music you enjoy and personal progress displays.
Information stored on device
Session results, compact rating performance records, XP, achievements and titles, goals, app settings, and beat-sync information for Apple Music songs are stored on device. BeatStep does not send them to an operator server.
HealthKit
BeatStep uses steps, walking + running distance, active energy, and body mass with read-only access. It does not write to HealthKit, use Health data for advertising, sell it, or automatically send it to third parties. BeatStep does not access heart rate, location, workouts, sleep, or medical records. HealthKit values and weight are not used for SCORE, XP, Rating, or achievements.
Apple Music and purchases
Apple Music search and playback use Apple's MusicKit. BeatStep does not access your Apple Account password or payment information. The App Store processes Pro purchases and restores through StoreKit.
Automatic tempo lookup
To find song tempos, BeatStep sends recording identifiers and song names to ReccoBeats. It does not send health data, audio, or Apple ID credentials. Retrieved tempos are saved on device. If no tempo is found, BeatStep checks song information in your authorized media library.
Sharing
BeatStep never posts results automatically. Only when you choose to share does BeatStep pass result images, song information, or rhythm details to the iOS share screen. The destination service’s policy applies to the shared information.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
BeatStep uses no third-party advertising SDK, external analytics SDK, or user tracking. It has no BeatStep account creation or operator-server data sync.
Deletion and choices
Use Delete All Data in Settings to remove BeatStep usage data stored on device. Original HealthKit data and App Store purchase history are managed by Apple and are not deleted. Change HealthKit access in iPhone Settings or the Health app.
